  3. Select "Remove Account": In the settings menu, select the "Remove Account" option.
  4. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation message will appear, informing you that your account and data will be temporarily stored for 15 days before permanent deletion. To confirm, tap "Yes, delete my account".
  5. OTP Verification: You will be asked to verify the deletion request via an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number.
  6. Successful Deletion: After successful OTP verification, your account will be deleted from the app, and you will be logged out.

Your data will be temporarily stored for 15 days from the date of deletion. During this 15-day period, you can choose to recover your account. After the 15-day period, your data will be permanently deleted.

Account Recovery

If you change your mind and want to recover your deleted account, follow these steps:

  1. Attempt to Log In: Open the Palladium Prime Seller App and attempt to log in with your registered mobile number.
  2. Account Deleted Message: You will receive a message stating: "Your account has been deleted. Would you like to restore it?"
  3. OTP Verification: Tap "Yes" to restore your account. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
  4. Restore Account: After successfully entering the OTP, your account will be restored, and all previous data (including loyalty points and transaction history) will be reloaded into your account.

If you do not restore your account within 15 days, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Retention of Data

  • We retain your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including providing app services and complying with legal obligations.
  • After the deletion of your account or data, we will securely dispose of your information in accordance with our data retention policies.
